Valencia, 29 October 2026 – Umbrella Global Energy, an energy group listed on BME Growth, closed the first half of 2026 with consolidated revenue of €19.72 million, an increase of 213.6% compared with the same period of the previous year. The strong expansion of its energy storage and industrial solutions business has driven growth in the Group’s activities, alongside a significant recovery in its operating performance.

The company achieved positive EBITDA of €0.36 million, compared with −€3.19 million in the first half of 2025, and improved its consolidated net result by 75% to −€1.15 million.

The performance recorded during the first half of the year demonstrates the initial results of Umbrella’s business model transformation, with industrial energy solutions playing an increasingly prominent role and improvements in operational efficiency, in line with the objectives of its Umbrella Next 2025–2028 Strategic Plan.

Revenue growth and improved operating performance

Business growth during the first six months of 2026 was accompanied by a significant improvement in margins. The gross profit margin increased to 26.0%, compared with 15.1% in the first half of 2025, while resource optimisation measures contributed to the return to positive EBITDA.

The operating result improved by 88.1% year-on-year, reinforcing the positive trend in the Group’s operating indicators.

Umbrella Next: progress in implementing the integrated energy model

The first-half results reflect progress in the implementation of Umbrella Next 2025–2028, the strategic plan through which Umbrella is evolving towards a business model that combines energy infrastructure with higher-value-added technological solutions.

This strategy is structured around two complementary business activities: Infrastructure, focused on the development, operation and optimisation of renewable energy assets under the IPP+ model, and Energy Solutions, focused on developing energy solutions for industrial customers that integrate photovoltaic generation, energy storage and artificial intelligence-based energy management technology.

The strong growth recorded during the first half of the year highlights the increasing contribution of Energy Solutions to the Group’s business activities, with larger-scale industrial projects extending its value proposition beyond conventional renewable energy generation.

Energy storage and industrial solutions drive business activity

Among the key developments during the first half of the year is the execution of Pamesa Net Zero, one of Umbrella’s major hybrid energy solutions projects for industry, which involves the integration of 80.56 MWp of photovoltaic generation capacity and 366.84 MWh of energy storage across the industrial group’s facilities.

The company expects to close 2026 with 13 operational installations under the project, integrating 54 MWp of photovoltaic generation capacity and 155 MWh of energy storage. This milestone would represent significant progress in bringing the energy infrastructure planned for Pamesa Net Zero into operation.

Progress on the project reflects Umbrella’s advances in implementing large-scale integrated energy solutions for industry, combining photovoltaic generation, storage and intelligent energy management to meet its customers’ energy consumption, flexibility and energy efficiency needs.

Renewable energy generation and e-mobility

In its renewable energy generation business, as at 30 June 2026, Umbrella had 13 MWp of operational photovoltaic capacity within its scope of consolidation, in addition to 56 MWp of operational capacity from the Infinity portfolio, in which the Group holds a financial interest.

Meanwhile, the e-mobility business continued to increase the utilisation of its charging infrastructure. During the first half of 2026, energy supplied increased by 143.2% to 372.62 MWh, compared with 153.22 MWh in the same period of the previous year. The network also had 199 operational charging points at the end of the reporting period.

Umbrella strengthens its financial position and reduces gross financial debt by 20%

The improvement in business activity during the first half of the year was accompanied by progress in the reorganisation of the Group’s financial structure.

As at 30 June 2026, Umbrella reported positive working capital of €13.98 million, compared with −€0.37 million at the end of 2025. Gross financial debt also decreased by 19.9%, from €33.48 million to €26.81 million, including leases and related financing.

These developments strengthen the Group’s balance sheet, while the company continues to prioritise liquidity management, financial discipline and improving its cash generation capacity.

Enrique Selva, CEO of Umbrella Global Energy, commented:

“The first-half results represent significant progress for Umbrella. We have tripled our revenue and achieved positive EBITDA, reflecting the strong momentum of our industrial energy solutions business and the progress made in implementing our transformation strategy.

We are entering a new phase of the energy transition, in which value no longer lies solely in generating renewable energy, but also in storing and managing it intelligently. Artificial intelligence opens up new opportunities to transform the way companies consume and manage their energy.

At Umbrella, we aim to lead this new phase by combining energy infrastructure, storage and artificial intelligence to develop solutions that enable industry to manage its energy more efficiently, flexibly and competitively. Our ambition is to continue driving larger-scale projects and position ourselves at the forefront of an increasingly intelligent and connected energy model.”

Note: Comparisons with the first-half 2025 results are based on restated figures. EBITDA is calculated as the operating result plus depreciation and amortisation and constitutes an alternative performance measure.
