Umbrella Solar Investment will debut next Friday, July 29, on the BME Growth with a market value of 118.5 million euros, according to Bolsas y Mercados Españoles.
BME Growth’s board of directors has approved the company’s listing after analyzing and studying all the documentation submitted by the company and issuing a favorable evaluation report from the Market Coordination and Listing Committee. Umbrella Solar Investment will thus become the tenth company to make the leap to this BME market so far in 2022.
Value
The company’s board of directors has set a reference value for each of its shares of EUR 5.50, giving a total valuation of the company of EUR 118.5 million.
The company’s trading code will be ‘USI’. The company has VGM Advisory Partners as registered advisor and Bankinter as liquidity provider.
Umbrella Solar Investment is a solar photovoltaic group with presence in Spain and Chile that is vertically integrated and develops its business in the different phases of the value chain in the solar photovoltaic energy sector.
