BME Growth today welcomed Umbrella Solar Investment. Enrique Selva, CEO of the company, made the traditional ringing of the bell at the Madrid Stock Exchange, in an event hosted by Jesús González Nieto-Márquez, managing director of BME Growth.
The company, which is the tenth to join this BME market so far this year, set a reference price of 5.50 euros, bringing the company’s initial valuation to 118.5 million euros.
“With the incorporation of Umbrella Solar Investment, which we wish every success in its new stage as a company listed on BME Growth, the presence of the renewable energy sector in this market is further strengthened. In this case, with a group that develops its business in the different stages of the value chain in the photovoltaic solar energy sector,” said Jesús González Nieto-Márquez.
The company has initiated its negotiation with the code “USI“.
